Shannon Edwards and Rachel Hughes met over ten years ago at Hearst Magazines UK, whilst working on some of the most prestigious in the magazine world. Rachel headed up the Luxury Portfolio and planned the ELLE Style Awards for over 6 years, flying in the likes of Pharrel Williams, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and Tom Ford, for the capitals biggest fashion event of the year.
Shannon was employed at Hearst for 5 years working on Red and Cosmopolitan, before leaving to set up a Boutique Wedding and Events business. She planned large scale weddings from high end luxury London venues to weekend celebrations in Italy.

Shannon’s creative flair and passion for detail underpin every event at Number Thirty Three. As our creative lead, she is innovative and ensures an extraordinary occasion. She loves understanding the client’s vision and bringing that aesthetic to life; whilst exceeding their expectations in delivering an experience that is unique and unforgettable.
As our operational lead on all projects, Rachel is a born planner and never leaves anything to chance. Not only will she look after all logistics, she will have a plan in place for every eventuality. She is cool calm and collected and will always ensure Number Thirty Three deliver to the exceptional standards we guarantee our clients.
